Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at seamlessgrowth.ai and any related services (the “Site”). The Site is operated by MQL Solutions LLC. Seamless Growth AI is a DBA (doing business as) of MQL Solutions LLC (“Seamless Growth AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. What the Site offers

The Site provides information about the Paid-Agency Launch, a free marketing audit tool, and a way to apply to join as a founding member. The Site is informational. Any working relationship you enter with us is governed by a separate written agreement, not by the marketing language on the Site.

3. The founding-member arrangement

As described on the Site, founding-member builds, setup, and coaching are provided at no cost for the current founding cohort. Access to the underlying agency platform is a separate paid service provided by a third-party platform provider and is subject to that provider’s own terms and fees. We do not control and are not responsible for the third-party platform. The specific scope, fees, and obligations of any engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement between you and us.

4. Free audit tool

The free audit tool analyzes publicly available information about a website address you submit. By submitting a website address, you represent that you are permitted to request an analysis of that site. The audit is provided for general informational purposes only, on an as-is basis, and we do not warrant that its results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

5. No professional advice and no guarantee of results

Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. We do not guarantee any particular income, revenue, client, or business result. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, skill, market, and decisions. Please review our Earnings Disclaimer.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to MQL Solutions LLC and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your personal, non-commercial evaluation. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission.

7. Your submissions

When you submit information through the Site, such as an application or an audit request, you grant us permission to use that information to respond to you and to operate and improve the Site, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit.

8. Third-party services and links

The Site may reference or link to third-party services, including the agency platform and email or hosting providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MQL Solutions LLC and its owners, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MQL Solutions LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
