This Digital Access Notice explains the nature of what you receive through the Paid-Agency Launch offered by MQL Solutions LLC, doing business as Seamless Growth AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It is meant to set clear expectations before you join.

What you receive is digital access and services

The Paid-Agency Launch is delivered digitally. It consists of access to a software platform, digital builds and assets we create for you, and coaching and support. There is no physical product. To use it you will need your own internet connection, accounts, and compatible devices.

Access depends on a third-party platform

The agency platform that runs your agency is provided by a third-party platform provider. Your access to that platform depends on maintaining an active subscription with the provider and on the provider’s own terms, availability, and continued operation. We do not own or control the third-party platform, and we are not responsible for its uptime, changes, pricing, or discontinuation. If your subscription ends, your access to the platform ends.

What you own and what you access

You own your client relationships and your business data. The builds and assets we create for you as part of the founding-member arrangement are provided for your use in your business. Access to the third-party platform is a subscription, not a transfer of ownership of the platform itself.
