Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how fees and refunds work for the Paid-Agency Launch offered by MQL Solutions LLC, doing business as Seamless Growth AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Founding-member builds and coaching

For the current founding cohort, the builds, setup, and coaching we provide are offered at no cost. Because there is no charge for these items, there is nothing to refund for them.

Platform access

Access to the underlying agency platform is a separate paid service provided by a third-party platform provider. Fees for platform access are billed by, and refunds or cancellations for platform access are governed by, that provider’s own terms and policies. We do not control those fees and cannot issue refunds on the platform provider’s behalf. Please review the platform provider’s terms before subscribing.

Fees paid directly to us

If at any time you pay a fee directly to MQL Solutions LLC, that fee is non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or where a separate written agreement between you and us states otherwise. Any such agreement controls over this page for the fees it covers.

Cancellation

You may stop using the platform at any time by cancelling your platform subscription through the platform provider, subject to that provider’s cancellation terms. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid to the platform provider unless their policy provides for one.
